RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of Bath and Beauty Products, returns on these items will not be accepted.
This gives you peace of mind knowing that products meant to come in contact with any part of your body
has never been placed back on the shelf after being handled by a previous customer.

Customer service and quality of product is important at 2K’s Eclectic Oasis LLC.
While 2KEO makes every effort ensure your order arrives safely and has insured your order during transit,
there is always a chance something may happen.
Weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances may cause products to melt, freeze or break on rare occasion.

If this occurs please contact us at Nikki@2keo.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number, description of the problem and a photo if possible.
This will allow 2KEO to quickly resolve the issue.

Resolution may include product replacement, discount, or store credit.

Packages damaged due to shipping are out of our control.
You may be required to contact the shipping carrier to make a claim.
